We hope you are now ready to entrust us with writing your Will. Giving us your instructions couldn’t be simpler. To start the process, you need to obtain from us your FREE Information and Giving Instructions Pack. We explain how to do this below. This Pack includes a standard Instructions Form which covers the requirements of most of our clients. All you need to do is complete it with your own details. Once that is done, you then email or mail it to us, or you can even give your Instructions to one of our consultants by telephone. Assistance in completing the Instruction Form is freely available by e-mail or by telephone. Once we have received your completed details, we enter these into our modern Will-writing computer program This then generates a legally valid Last Will and Testament that reflects your personal circumstances and wishes. Within ten days from receipt of your completed Instructions Form and supporting payment, your completed Will documents will be mailed to you (or delivered by hand if you live in an area served by one of our consultants, and if you so ask). All you then need to do is check to ensure it does indeed reflect your wishes, and then sign it, and have it witnessed. So, please contact us NOW for a FREE Information Pack and any other information you may require. Requesting a Pack There are several easy ways to request and receive a FREE Information and Giving Instructions Pack. Simply choose the method that you prefer. The Pack has been created as a Microsoft Word 97 document, so if you choose to receive it electronically, you will need Word 97 or a compatible Word Processor to view or print the contents. Then, either complete the Instructions Form by entering details directly into it within your word-processor, and saving the finished result, or by printing it off and entering details by hand. Firstly, you can download the complete Pack onto your computer now, as a Zipped file (created using WinZip). To choose this method, simply click on either of the Zip file links immediately below. Depending upon your system, you may be asked whether you wish to Open this file from its current location, or to Save it to disk. If so, select Save to disk. You will be then be prompted to specify where on your hard-disk the file should be saved. You will then need the appropriate WinZip software to unzip the file before you can use it. ~o~ OR, secondly, complete the following on-line request form. Note that some older and non-standard browsers may not support this method. To complete this form, click inside each box in turn. Click the Submit Button ONCE to send your completed details (this may take up to 30 seconds).
OR, thirdly, just send us an email, or telephone us to request the Pack. Please remember to specifiy whether you want the Pack returned by email as an attachment (if so, we will need your email address), or sent by mail. Visit our Contact Us section, to find our email address and telephone number.
Returning completed Instructions Forms These can be returned by emailing a completed electronic version to us as an attachment, or by mailing completed paper versions. Don't forget, you can also give instructions by telephone, but we recommend that you first complete an Instructions Form before calling, in case there are any matters you need to give some thought to, or some details about your personal circumstances you need to check. Please note that, regretably, we are unable to accept payment on-line. Therefore, in all circumstances it will be necessary to mail your payment to us in the form of a cheque or Postal Order. However, we are happy to receive completed Instructions Forms by email, with payment to follow. May we reassure you that any details you provide are kept confidential. We do not, and never will, make clients details available to mail-listings.
