Help
a Good Cause:
During the months of October, November and December each
year, Elias Will Writers undertake to donate to "Children-in-Need"
5% from each Will-Writing fee received. Write
"Children-in-Need" on the top left-hand corner
of your completed Instruction Form.
Will Storage and Review
You can, of course, make your own
arrangements to keep your Will(s) at home or at your bank.
However, we recommend the storage facilities we can offer
through the Society of Will Writers.
There is a single"one-off" Set-up
Charge for this service. There is nothing else to
pay, although some clients decide to take advantage of
our optional Periodic Review Service.
The Set-Up Charge is for the
following services:
- sending your Will(s), by Recorded
Delivery, to the offices of the Society Of Will
Writers;
- registration of your Will(s);
- secure storage for the remainder
of your life;
- provision of a Certificate of
Custody for you to keep at home with your private
papers;
- provision of two Authority Cards
for use by your Executors to retrieve your Will(s)
from storage in the event of your death.
The Periodic Review Service Charge
provides for an Annual review of your Will(s) , free
advice at any time, and preferential rates for updating
your Will(s). It is entirely optional.

Payment
Payment is strictly on the basis of
cheque or postal order when Giving Instructions,
except when we can hand-deliver your Will, in which case
payment is due at the time of such delivery.
